Whenever you have sex there is a chance of pregnancy. If you have had sex and are experiencing some of the symptoms of pregnancy (missed period, nausea, breast tenderness, frequent urination) it may be time to schedule a pregnancy test.
Our pregnancy tests detect a hormone hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) that is present during pregnancy. While it is possible to detect hCG very early in a pregnancy, the test results are more accurate the longer the pregnancy has advanced. We recommend a test be performed after your first missed period.
